The 26-year-old former reality star was back on the golden sands in St Barts again on Tuesday - and couldn't resist the affections of her hunky model man.
The impeccably toned couple were spotted sharing a clinch as they lounged around lapping up the sunshine.

German model Johannes, 26, adopted a gung-ho approach as he threw himself into the choppy waters, enjoying a splash around.
However Olivia, who formerly starred on reality show The City, was not quite so sure and only tentatively dipped in her toes before retiring to the safety of dry land again.

Olivia has spent the last week or so enjoying her new year's holiday with Johannes sporting a different bikini each day.
Each two piece has managed to show off her toned and svelte figure to the maximum.

They have even worked together, appearing in the autumn/winter 2010 campaigns for Tibi and Hogan.
When she's not gracing the covers of Elle, Tatler, Marie Claire or In Style, Olivia edits her self-titled fashion blog and works as an ambassador to several brands.
Olivia has also served as guest judge on Project Runway, as well as Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model.
